“CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES AUTHORIZATIONS” are released for a maximum of 20 trips which must be made in a due time specified in the issued authorization.

Required documents to apply for the authorization:

✔️  Application form duly completed (the form must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the established travel date)

✔️  Proof of payment of the procedural burdens (by way of bank transfer or postal payment slip)

✔️  Receipt of payment to the provincial Treasury of Viterbo

✔️  Construction and/or client company declaration, certifying dimensions, mass, and nature of transported goods

✔️  Legal representative’s ID card

✔️  Schematic drawing

✔️  Vehicle registration certificate or equivalent certificate issued by the Italian Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (Motorizzazione Civile e Trasporti in Concessione, M.C.T.C.)

✔️  Insurance declarations (third party liability – maximum coverage equals to or greater than Euro 12.000.000,00 – twelve million euros)

✔️  Declaration of the exceptional transports company to not exceed 20 trips per month (the monthly calculus will start from the first day specified on the request)

✔️  Agency’s power of attorney (only for procedures managed by third parties)
